Our wills make a difficult time that little bit easier to bear
Nobody likes to think about the unthinkable. But writing a will is vital to give you peace of mind that your children, property and possessions will be properly taken care of when you're gone.
Peace of mind for you and your loved ones when you pass away
Making a will doesn't need to be difficult or expensive. Our experts can sort out your wishes in just four days, for as little as £100.
Our Team
At PWS we care about our clients and are committed to providing a tailor-made, personalised approach for each and every one of them. Our aim is to ensure they sleep soundly at night, safe in the knowledge that the correct legal documents are in place to take care of their loved ones and finances when they are gone.
Our Credentials
Will writing is an unregulated industry, where unfortunately there are some unqualified and unscrupulous cowboys operating to make a fast buck.
At PWS we're proud to say we’re nothing like them.
We are certified members of the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW), the respected body that oversees our industry.
We adhere to the IPW’s strict code of practice, which is approved by the Trading Standards Institute, and comply with their insurance requirements – which means we’re covered for a minimum of £2 million for each will we write.
All our staff have also completed an IPW examination in estate planning and are also required to update their knowledge and skills every year to keep hold of their practising certificate.
Above all, PWS are committed to providing a top quality, value for money service for all our clients.
Our History
Founder and managing director Mark Ferguson is a will writing specialist who has 16 years' experience in the industry.
A former prison officer, he was inspired to set up his business after becoming concerned about the lack of regulation in the will writing field and by a desire to improve standards for the general public.
Mark is also currently the chairman of the St Helens, Widnes and Warrington branch of the Federation of Small Businesses and is passionate about championing and protecting the interests of small firms and the self-employed across the North West of England.
